Taking Action Against Illicit Adoption Practices - Kira Omans Statement

We often say that the adoption system is broken, but there are action steps we can implement now. While many of these are big picture items that require government/legislative efforts and funding, I truly believe that the more people who educate themselves and care about these issues, the better armed we are to move the needle forward.
